Mike is such a great guy. We found ourselves in a difficult situation after my uncle passed away unexpectedly. We are in another state and had no experience with what to do. Mike had called me and he was the answer we were looking for. He met with us on our next trip down. He walked through the house and told us how he could help. He even drove by the house and sent me pictures because we were worried about the outside maintenance since we couldn’t be there to keep up with it. From my first phone call with Terrence to my appointment with Mike, Niju and Terrence I felt relieved. I had been hesitant to make the call for a few years about my parents house but as the upkeep of a big house and big yard got harder and harder, I’m so glad I did. I called about 7 numbers; left messages, they were abrasive or just didn’t seem to care about answering my questions. But every step in this process with Terrence, Mike and Niju went smoothly.
